We are in partnership with Hope Choice that empowers women considering abortion to choose life for their unborn children and find abundant life in Christ.
Their Mission:
We exist to equip, mentor, and strengthen future generations.
We believe we have a part to play in supporting foster families who welcome vulnerable children into their home and cultivate a space for them to be loved and valued, and welcomed into a family unit. We cherish these families and the difference they are making in our surrounding area and our aim is to let them know we stand with them in support.
Their Mission:
The Amarillo Angels mission is to walk alongside children in the foster care system, as well as their caretakers, by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, and mentorship
Every Christmas we partner with Arrow to create a very special and exciting Christmas experience for the children in foster care and their families. This is one of our favorite times of the year as our church “adopts” a child to buy presents for, and then everyone comes together for a big celebration complete with dinner, a Christmas special, and opening gifts from under the tree!
Their Mission:
Helping kids and strengthening families. They strive to give every foster child the opportunity to grow up in a loving, Christian foster home. To give them the opportunity to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a family, and the support and encouragement of an engaged community.
I Heart Canyon is a festival put on by the Canyon area churches to benefit the families and students in the CISD community. The purpose is to give these families and students a hand up to start the school year and to reach them with the love and message of Jesus.
The resources and assistance include general school supplies with a backpack, a snack pack bag, a haircut, sports physicals, eye screenings, and dental screenings.
At Summit Church we help support FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) they are a community working to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.
At Summit Church we help support Fill With Hope. FILL WITH HOPE is a program operated by the nonprofit organization Canyon Hope Ministries. It provides Hope-Totes each weekend of the school year to Elementary, Intermediate, Junior & High School students. Hope-Totes consist of fruit juice boxes, pop tarts, cereal, peanut butter crackers, pretzels, animal crackers, fruit bars, beef sticks, ravioli & peanut butter.
NATIONAL OUTREACHES
As a part of our nation outreach we help support the church plant “Exalt Church” in Virginia Beach, VA.
As a part of our national outreach we help support “FCCCM” in Tuscon, Arizona. FCCCM is a church that is helping to reach the University of Arizona with the message of Jesus.
As a part of our nation outreach we help support the church plant Children’s Cup. Every child deserves hope. Throughout the nearly 30 years we’ve been serving children, we’ve encountered stories of unbelievable tragedy and loss of hope. But by the grace of God and the Hope that only He can give, we’ve been able to partner together with people like you to see children transformed into healthy, hope-filled, dream-pursuing children that are changing the world. With Jesus’ love at the root of it all, our heart is to see every child rescued from hopelessness, tragedy, and hardship.
We are partners with ARC, the Association of Related Churches, to support planting churches all over the United States
GLOBAL OUTREACH
We help to make a difference globally by supporting a ministry from Africa called Watoto. Watoto brings hope and healing to vulnerable women and children in Uganda and South Sudan.
